Wedding Favours are a way to say thank you to your guests who took time out of their busy schedule to attend your wedding. It is usually given out during the reception either at the receiving table or on the tables where guests eat.

I’ve been to more than a handful of weddings in my lifetime and each wedding has their own unique favours. I’ll share some of them with you to inspire you to creatively think about the gifts you can give others during your special day.

We gave out these Lindor chocolates in a tulle bag with a personalized tag.

The chocolates were bought in an outlet mall in New York when we were there to take our engagement pictures. They were on sale and we bought 6 bags. Can you imagine what airport security thought when they see two people with 3 bags of chocolate each? Haha.

I loved the tags that people put on wedding favours so I asked Mike if he could come up with something. He designed the tag and we got them printed. Then, we cut them, hole punch them, and tie them individually to each tulle bag.

It turned out pretty good so I’m happy with it. It was edible, sweet, and we got them for a good price. If I can do it again, I’m not sure if I would do something else.
